Free beta and usage limits

The Personal beta is free: one Personal Space, three active connected-device sessions, 500 MiB of retained logical cloud data including history and synchronization copies, and 10,000 new synchronization operations per Space per UTC calendar month. Registration initially has capacity for 100 current accounts. New Organizations and hosted AI credits are not included. No payment method is required and there is no automatic paid conversion. Local-only use has no service-imposed usage quota. Account shows cloud usage; reading, export and local work remain available when a cloud limit is reached.

The cloud storage allowance increased from 100 MiB to 500 MiB on September 30, 2026. Other beta limits remain unchanged. Beta limits and availability may change with notice. A later paid offer requires a separate explicit choice. Abuse or attempts to evade access and resource limits may lead to restricted hosted access.

Beta status

ObsDog is under active development. Features, schemas, limits, and availability may change before general availability. Do not rely on the preview as the sole copy of critical knowledge; keep recoverable backups.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain rights to content you provide. You grant ObsDog the limited permission needed to store, synchronize, index, evaluate, and display hosted content according to your instructions and Space settings. You must have the rights to share content and must not use the service to violate law, privacy, security, or others’ rights.

Organizations and invitations

Organization administrators control membership, teams, roles, and organization content. An invitation does not grant access until it is accepted by the intended account. Administrators are responsible for reviewing access and removing members who no longer need it.

AI and measurements

AI labels, rankings, summaries, and evaluations are assistive signals, not guarantees of truth. Human and model judgments remain distinguishable. Metrics disclose their definitions and evidence where supported, but you remain responsible for decisions made from the service.

Availability and liability

The preview is provided as available without service-level commitments. To the extent permitted by law, ObsDog is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the prior twelve months. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
